cannot addStream before the full connection process has happened? otherwise keep getting race conditions? idk why honestly

REALLY NICE WORK!!!!
...
it works and now have stream managed much better...takes iteration and now can acess this tream straem map and know how to enable and disable for the next step which is broadcasting
