Addressing @stesch13's timeout concerns

I raised the arbitrary-ish revocation timeout from 10ms to 500ms. I hope
to refine this value in the future with input from YOU, my users reading
this.

I originally accepted a pullreq that added this check but since then Chrome Frame support has been discontinued and people have told me that FileSaver.js doesn't work in Chrome Frame, so this has no place here.
