Query structures to support:
- repeated fields
- interfaces

Config options:
- file locations (queries, generated, schema (or get via HTTP))
- use ctx or not, maybe (i.e. how to wrap this for kacontext)
- HTTP calling convention (is there enough variation to matter?)
