egoistka b3352ebda9 - Fix typo OFFSE_DUTY -> OFFSET_DUTY 
- Introduce constant SERVO_DELAY_SEC for servo sleep before changing the angle
- inline map() function for converting angle to duty cycle as the current one is generic and a bit hard to follow

Suhayl 19a087895c Override function ShiftOut in C code. 
The shiftout function in wiringPi does not communicate with 595
properly, which causes LightWater02, SevenSegment, StopWatch, and LED
Matrix to fail. So the function is to be override.

Suhayl 3ac92b9442 Update the C code of the 4-digital-display 
After the system is updated, in the ShiftOut function, the IO port pin
changes too fast, resulting in communication abnormality with 74HC595.
In the update, the SHIFT function is override.
