V3.0 Update

refactor(board): Update to z3.2

Major update to underlying code requires change to the repo, brought in line with zmk pr for commonality, fixed indentation to comply with zmk pre-commit formatting reqs

Update settings-reset, change RGB modes

Add Update instructions, Assets folder
