This should outline what we absolutely need, and what is desktop-only functionality. Generally, copying code may be better than trying to create shared abstractions, but using some abstractions like firestore and api client could be useful.

We should list out every detail in terms of product functionality, design, and technical implementation. And then we can utilize AI to help compose a distilled PRD.
