  1. Cold email + other outbound methods for reaching out to prospects to pilot the product. List creation in tools like Apollo and manually sending emails from outlook. Higher quality, learn what resonates, land in inbox. Offer free 2 months in exchange for a testimonial.
  2. Offer to jump on a call to show them around. Send download link via email, and setup their network for them.
  3. Allow admins to invite team members within the app.
  4. After the trial period, ask them for feedback, and send them an invoice for the next month.

For simplicity, send manual invoices at the end of the month (for the following month) based on how many users they ended the month on.
