A stream should be created for every pull request automatically, so that people can have a discussion about it. This would be a great workflow for engineering teams.

You connect GitHub, and then view pull requests and create a stream manually for a specific pull request. The pull request on GitHub would get a comment (or maybe all transcripts) from the Flowy.llink stream
