By having a minimal window and being an overlay experience on the OS, it feels more like an ambient tool. It's more like a Dropbox than a Slack.

This makes the application feel a lot more utilitarian. It reduces the scope of work because people will ask less of it, and it will be a narrow tool for communication.

We would leverage our multi-window setup so that it feels immersive and powerful enough
